At Brooklyn Botanic Garden, we dissolve the boundaries between nature and urbanity by revealing plants as architects of ecological revolution. As an action platform for urban ecological symbiosis, we catalyze the practice and imagination of a sustainable future through science, art, and community collaboration.

LOGOThe Brooklyn Botanic Garden identifier is designed within an 8×8 grid, reflects dynamic growth, interconnected systems, and collective energy within the city. The pixelated form represents the garden’s integration with its environment, balancing nature and urban elements.

As part of Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s evolving identity, we use creative coding to build a flexible grid system that echoes our core visual structure. This generative framework allows icon layouts and visual modules to adapt fluidly across formats—supporting a living, responsive design language rooted in ecological complexity and urban transformation.
